Associate Relationships
MM Associates Ltd (MMA) operates on the basis of forming Associateship relationships with suitably
qualified and experienced individuals; MMA does not employ staff. An Associate is a self-employed
person (whose capability and qualifications are known to MMA) to whom MMA may choose from time
to time to issue invitations to tender for subcontract work, and who is entirely free to respond or not to
respond to such invitations. Associates are not bound to MMA: they are free to negotiate contracts to
work with other organisations (subject only to constraints of conflict of interest, confidentiality and IPR
that are typically embodied in any subcontract signed between MMA and an Associate). MMA maintains
an Associates list comprising individuals who MMA recognises as having skills that may be helpful in
undertaking such subcontracts and who have indicated they may be interested in being considered
for such subcontracts.

MMA values the talented Associates with whom it has established such arrangements. Having a list of
capable and experienced Associates means that MMA is able to respond promptly to the need that from
time to time arises to gain access to resources (with specialist skills) to support work that MMA is asked
by its Clients to undertake. MMA is interested in identifying potential for establishing further Associateship
relationships with appropriate individuals, although the standards we (and our Clients) expect are exacting.
If, on the basis of what you have seen in this website, you feel you are in a position to offer attractive skills
and experience (and an impressive track record), and wish to be considered to receive invitations to tender
for any future subcontracts, please feel free to explain your credentials to do so: through the email link
appearing at the top of this page.

Please note that:
• We will only add your name to our Associates list if we judge you to be suitably qualified and experienced
(on the basis of the evidence you provide and any further enquiries we make). MMA's judgement in this
matter will be final.
• There is absolutely no assurance that our adding your name to our Associate list (if we do) will lead
to any invitations to tender for subcontract work being issued.
• Any subcontract would be for short-term work, with a defined deliverable provided by the Associate
in return for an agreed fixed and firm price paid by MMA.
• Associates would be responsible for providing all the infrastructure and materials needed to undertake
any subcontract awarded, and will be held to account for its quality under the terms of any subcontract.
• MMA has no obligations to Associates beyond the specific terms of any subcontracts that might be
signed with them.
• MMA accepts no responsibility whatsoever for seeking work on behalf of Associates (and accepts no
liability for Associates lacking work, however such a situation may arise).
