MMA can provide training in project risk managenent and safety management practices.
Training is provided at a number of levels (aimed at project management personnel):
• Risk Awareness (a one day course aimed at providing an overview of Project Risk Management and
why it is important to conduct it properly).
• Principles of Project Risk Management (a tailorable multi-day course presenting the principles and
practice of risk management and providing opportunity to build experience through "hands on" exercises).
• Project Risk Launch (a day at the outset of a project's bid or implementation stages ensuring your
project team is aware of the risk management activities to be conducted and of their part in them).
• Practical Project Risk Management (a workshop providing individuals or teams with more realistic
practice through working through a role playing project scenario).
• On The Job Support (providing training by offering support to your personnel in tackling one of your
real questions, through advice by telephone and periodics workshops).
• Safety Overview (a one day course aimed at introducing what needs to be done to build a Safety Case).
• Project Safety Launch (a day at the outset of a project's bid or implementation stages ensuring your
project team is aware of the safety management activities to be conducted and of their part in them).
