Our project risk facilitation work involves forming a supportive, long term relationship with your
company to:
• Provide a sage ear with whom your people may talk through the risk involved in the
company's activities.
• Sit in when required on internal or external discussions to offer insights regarding risk.
• Help promote the spread of a risk management culture across your organisation.
• Mentor your people in risk management practices.
• Provide project risk management training
• Provide an authoritative reference source regarding project risk matters.

In our experience, project people find it helpful to discuss their plans from a risk perspective,
with someone experienced in drawing out the pertinent issues. Of course, such discussions (in
the form of interviews) are the basis of the risk investigations that we also conduct - but we
have often been told that the act of discussing the issues in a structured manner and with
insightful questions itself adds value by bringing issues to the fore that may otherwise have
been overlooked.

Facilitation thus brings benefits both in terms of understanding the risk to particular company
activities and of reinforcing the company's risk management processes and culture.
